Very surprising to read after hearing other's opinions of the movie. From the beginning this was a Blu-Ray for me though.

It was dumb as all get-out, but I had a good time with it. I feel like you can't really slam a movie like this — it has no false ideas about what it really is: big stupid fun.

How could you when it perfectly captures what G.I. Joe is? It doesn't set out to offend anyone or indulges in itself too much. It's just a great time at the movies, which was the intent.

It was pure camp. I don't disagree with what you're saying at all, I just realigned it with all of the pleasures a bad film can bring: drinking games, midnight fun, your own RiffTrax.

It reminded me of a new version of the camp appeal of "Flash Gordon".

Its just...I...I just fell like I couldnt really get into this movie. And I enjoyed Shoot 'Em Up with its senseless, awesome action.
